Virtual therapy for curious, high-achieving adults who are ready to find and focus on what matters, connect with themselves, and choose growth over perfection
This space is about exploring yourself without judgment and experimenting with what actually works for you. We'll let go of the need to "fix" everything by getting curious, discovering your natural patterns, and easing the mental chatter so you can feel more grounded and in control.
Together, we'll ease the pressure to "get it right" and build habits that fit your life, values, and goals so you can focus on, connect to, and choose yourself with clarity and calm.
The approach is in the name - think of this as your personal experiment center.
Life doesn’t come with instructions. Therapy is a space to experiment: try out new tools, notice results, tweak, and repeat.
Creative, memorable exercises help concepts stick, so you’ll leave sessions understanding your brain and knowing what to do when life gets messy.
No “fixing” required, just curiosity, compassion, and tools you can use.
“It makes the process feel more like curiosity and experimentation than just fixing problems.”
I work best with high-achieving, self-aware adults who:
Feel stuck in loops of perfectionism, decision fatigue, or overthinking
Are pulled in multiple directions: career, relationships, parenthood, self-growth
Are overwhelmed but motivated to improve
What clients come in saying:
“I feel so disorganized, I don’t get my brain.”
“I’m sick of it all.”
“It’s not my job to parent my husband.”
“I want tools I can actually use in real life.”
What they leave with:
“I feel more like myself.”
“I can sit with emotions without becoming them.”
“Setting boundaries feels good. I’m connecting with friends without overextending myself.”
My approach is integrative, humanistic, and evidence-based: different people need different tools at different times. Together, we’ll explore:
CBT – Reframe thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they serve, not sabotage you
TF-CBT – Heal from past experiences safely, without feeling like you're drowning in your trauma
IFS – Meet your different “parts” to resolve inner conflict and increase self-compassion
ACT – Take action toward your values, even when it feels uncomfortable
Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing – Break cycles, build habits, and stay present
What this looks like in session:
Sometimes you vent
Sometimes you experiment with a new tool or mindset
Sometimes we pause to notice your inner dialogue... and reframe it
“I practiced what I didn’t know I could. When I leave calls, I feel really good, like I’m actively slowing down and taking care of myself.”
A purposeful, reflective space – Check in on lingering thoughts or challenges, and get tools to manage life between sessions
Practical, real-life strategies – Expect analogies, creative exercises, and tangible tools.
Flexibility in the process – Some days are for venting, some are for insight, and some are just for slowing down.
Humor and warmth – Yes, even your inner critic gets called out.
“Even on days I didn’t want to do therapy, I never leave feeling worse. It’s like lifting a little weight off my chest.”
All you can do is all you can do
You can’t pour from an empty cup
Just because you can doesn’t mean you should
You're only as needy as your unmet needs
It's not “what’s wrong with you”, but “what happened to you?”
Ease the anxious or perfectionistic part that can’t sit still
Experiment with new ways to manage stress, set boundaries, and navigate life transitions
Explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment
Build tools to navigate life’s hardest and most celebratory moments
“It’s not about perfection, it’s about experimenting, noticing, and finding what works for me.”
