The Mind Lab focuses on fostering a safe space for those seeking individual or couples counseling in Maryland or New York to find comfort in understanding the WHY behind a number of their behaviors and thought patterns. Knowing how your body works allows us to learn and utilize the skills necessary to reduce unhelpful behaviors and have you feeling more... well... like you!


Together, we will use this knowledge to make sense of your experiences and how they have impacted who you are and want to be. We will learn skills to manage in challenging moments, accept our body's natural way of telling us it needs something different, and find gentleness with ourselves and others to show up every day with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
